This lovely 2 bedroom apartment is situated in the complex of Duquesa Village, Duquesa and is just a 5 minute drive from the beach. The well maintained complex offers communal gardens and several pools and is next to a golf course, with many others nearby. Casares Golf is a couple of away with its restaurant and clubhouse and offers discounts on green fees for its 9 hole golf course to our owners and guests.

This apartment is set on a hillside with and overlooks the golf course. This 3rd floor apartment is furnished to a high standard and consists of a lounge/diner furnished with sofas, dining table and chairs and a TV. The separate, modern kitchen is fully equipped and has a convenient serving hatch through to the dining area. The lounge area leads out onto the south east facing terrace, fitted with terrace table and chairs.

The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and benefits from built in wardrobes, a full en-suite bathroom and access to the terrace with views to the sea. The second bedroom is fitted with twin beds and a built-in wardrobe. There is also a guest shower room.
