Villa de la Fuente sits 800m from the center of Mijas Costa, in La Sierrezuela in Fuengirola. A 10 minute drive will take you to the town, port and beaches of Fuengirola and also to Mijas Golf Resort. The villa benefits from a private outdoor pool, a heated indoor pool (which can be heated within 72 hours notice between October and April) and multiple terraced areas. The secure parking in the front courtyard of the villa can house up to 4 cars. There are hot & cold AC units throughout the villa plus free WIFI.

The villa is arranged over 3 floors, with 3 bedrooms and a separate studio, sleeping up to 10 people in total. Enjoy the separate movie room that be transformed into a 5th bedroom as it includes a large sofa bed sleeping 2 people (option to have a topper), wardrobe, desk, blackout curtains, safe and double bathroom. On the ground level, you enter the villa into the hallway, followed by the open office space which includes a grand piano. The kitchen offers a large breakfast bar and all new appliances including dishwasher, fridge freezer and oven. Step down into the large open plan living area, which is furnished with a dining seating area, plus a lounge area with 3 sofas and a TV. From here you can access the upper terrace which benefits from a further dining area, gas BBQ and sunbeds.

From the upper terrace, there are stairs leading down to the games room, which include a bar, pool table, dart board and lounge seating and TV area. From the games room, you can access the heated indoor pool, laundry room and studio. Leading out from the games room, there is a terrace with a seating area, which leads down to the main outdoor private pool area.

This floor is home to the 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom suite includes a super king size bed, a sofa, access to the upper terrace, a fitted wardrobe/dressing area and a large ensuite bathroom with a plunge bath fitted with a shower attachment. The second bedroom offers a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom with a bath and shower attachment. The third bedroom also has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and access to the upper terrace and guest shower room.

The studio benefits from a super king size bed, a wardrobe, an ensuite bathroom with a bath and shower attachment and a patio door that leads out onto a private terrace with a seating area. The studio can also be accessed from the front courtyard without entering the villa. The main pool area can also be accessed from the studio terrace.

On the bottom level of the villa you will find the private pool area. There is a slide leading into the pool, a ping pong table and sunbeds on the terrace. The covered part of the terrace offers a dining seating area and steps leading up to the terrace above which offers further sunbeds. The villa is surrounded by beautiful gardens and terraces, which are continuously maintained. We enjoy a Mediterranean climate, with lots of sunny, warm days. Because of this, outdoor furniture and tables may need a quick wipe-down before use.

The property also benefits from smart audio speakers in each bedroom, living room, bar; and baby equipment 2 travel cots and 2 high chairs.

The villa comes with a car charging point that runs on solar energy.
