This lovely, three-bedroom townhouse is situated in the complex of Los Flamencos, in Riviera Del Sol. This family friendly peaceful complex has two communal pools just a short walk away, one of them heated. It is a 2 km drive to the beach.
The townhouse is arranged over 2 floors, and is well-maintained. On the entrance level is the lounge/diner, furnished with comfy sofas, TV and dining table and chairs. There is also the fully-equipped kitchen and a guest toilet. From the lounge there is access to a large tiled terrace on to an enclosed, private garden. The terrace is furnished with terrace table and chairs for outdoor dining as well as sun loungers and a barbecue. The house has vented air conditioning throughout (hot and cold).

On the upper level there are three double bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a super king size bed and has use of a full ensuite with a double sink and separate shower and bath.
