We often visit our property, why do we need your help?

How about arranging a hire car?
If you need a hire car we will put you in touch with a reliable local company who will deliver the car to your property when you request it. When you leave, simply leave the hire car at the airport for collection.

How do I arrange for maintenance work on my property?
In our monthly report to you we will notify you of any faults or damage that may have occurred. Wherever possible we will photograph this so that you can view it on our secure web site. We will give you a price for any remedial work or replacements then if you agree this is acceptable you can leave the rest with us.

How do I register and pay for this service?
Register your property on our web site. You will be given a private, password-controlled area on our web site where you can manage your account, access our services, view your reports and make payments. Click here to get an online quote.

We will provide you with holiday rental income by placing your property on our holiday rental web site; receiving rental payments and ensuring your guests are completely satisfied. I donít speak Spanish and I am concerned about handling legal and financial issues in Spain, is there anyone who can help?
There are many English speaking banks and law firms operating in Spain who can help you in your own language. Many Town Halls and Doctors in expat areas will also have English-speaking staff and you can hire a translator to help with the language. If you live on the Costa del Sol, thereís also the Costa Advice Bureau which offers impartial and confidential advice and help to solve legal, financial and general problems about owning a property or living in Spain.

How are my keys delivered to you?
There are 2 ways we can receive your keys:
  • The system will automatically print the address to which you should send your keys to and will advise you of secure ways to despatch them.
  • If you have a local person holding the keys for you, simply inform us and we will pick them up on your behalf. The system will print a letter of authorisation, which you just need to sign and fax to us.
