We were introduced to HomeCare before completing on our first Spanish property in Elviria. It felt right – our initial discussions were warm and friendly, but you got a sense of a well-run professional outfit, with an infrastructure to match. We signed up. Since becoming clients we have seen Homecare grow considerably in the last twelve months, but all staff are warm, friendly and efficient. They are also pro-active and responsive which is really comforting when resident in the UK. We have in recent months come across other management companies who are considerably cheaper – on the surface! It appears to us however that they are opportunist rather than commercially aware and without the personal touch. It is from this positive experience that we are asking HomeCare to manage our second property in Casares now that they are expanding west.

Since we bought our apartment in Spain, we have come to rely on the services of HomecareontheWeb as we wanted the worry of owning a property over 2000 kilometres from home taken off our shoulders.
