Tony Sidebottom Founder Ensuring the company gives its clients the best possible service and its employees a great environment to work in. Favourite thing about the Costa del Sol Golf and dining al fresco. Though there are many fantastic courses on the Costa del Sol (47 now), my favourite by far is Torrequebrada Golf Course. The course is a real challenge, yet full of exciting surprises. Remember to take plenty of spare balls! As for dining alfresco, it’s great to be able to eat outdoors virtually all year round. |

John Hollway Business Development Director Overseeing the sales function of the company including property management, rentals and property sales to help new owners to get the best from our services Favourite thing about the Costa del Sol The sheer diversity. You can ski, sunbathe and stroll through forests all in a single day and there is a very international feel to the area and yet it’s imbued with typical Andalucian character. |
Christine Trainor Financial Controller Overseeing the financial needs and requirements of the company including invoicing, statements and budgets. Favourite thing about the Costa del Sol The beach on Sunday. No question. It has to be going to the beach on a Sunday which, thanks to the weather, you can do for the greater part of the year. |

Denise Wright Client Services Supervisor Acting as the focal point for all client enquiries - the person clients call if they have any issues that need solving. Favourite thing about the Costa del Sol Amazing climate. Without doubt my favourite thing is watching the sun set behind the mountains on a warm evening. It’s also wonderful to be able to plan a barbecue weeks ahead without having to work out a contingency plan in case it rains! Sometimes it’s easy to take the amazing climate for granted, but the long summers and short winters still have the power to make me smile - especially waking up to sunshine almost every morning! |

Dawn Gandy Homecare and Holiday Rentals Executive Taking care of property owners. Favourite thing about the Costa del Sol Relaxed Lifestyle. The area, whilst busy in many ways, provides a great environment for relaxing. |
Diana Cristancho Duran Housekeeper My job is to ensure all the properties we manage are kept clean and tidy so that when owners or their rental guests visit, they can completely relax and enjoy themselves throughout their stay. Favourite thing about the Costa del Sol The Andalucian people. The Andalucian people. They’re so happy and full of life they remind me of the people in my native Columbia. They’ve also got very similar food, so I feel completely at home. |

Yvonne Vastenholt Long-term Rentals Executive Taking care of clients wishing to rent on a long term basis, viewing properties with them and liaising with other agents. Favourite thing about the Costa del Sol Quality of a healthy lifestyle. The great variety for outdoor activities that Andalucía has to offer are countless, but to keep it short: mountain walks; visiting white villages; picnics and barbeques with friends and family. After a hard day of work a dip in the sea or pool and recharge yourself with a bit of sunshine, some tapas and a glass of local wine..... I think this sums it all up! |
George Thomson Tennant Liasion Executive Providing support, contact and services to our long term tenants. Favourite thing about the Costa del Sol Dining out on Spanish food. Although there are many excellent international restaurants, I just love to eat at Spanish bars and little restaurants. The food is always good and fresh, and the happy family atmosphere always makes me smile, especially when I can eat outdoors. |

Susana Herranz Operations / Housekeeping Supervises the busy Housekeeping Department. Favourite thing about the Costa del Sol Weather and Seaside The fantastic weather all year round. |
Nieves Berrocal Holiday Rentals Support / Operations Assists with operational matters whilst helping clients select holiday accommodation. Favourite thing about the Costa del Sol Sun and Mountains. The quality of life mixed with the beautiful mountains and beaches a step from your house. Also the great atmosphere anywhere on the coast. |
Tim Telcs Maintenance Supervisor Managing maintenance projects to ensure they are completed efficiently and effectively. Favourite thing about the Costa del Sol The People. Where else can you rub shoulders with such a diverse mix of nationalities and cultures. For me, it doesn't get much better than being in a bar watching a football match, enjoying a drink, eating tapas, surrounded by a mix of locals and internationals whilst indulging in some friendly banter! |
Wendy Abbot HomeCare Inspector Inspecting properties carefully and reporting any issues to owners. Favourite thing about the Costa del Sol The Sunshine. As a photographer I love that there is virtually year round sun and I can take pictures to my hearts content. Also nothing better than dining al fresco and Christmas dinner outside! |
Ralph Koens HomeCare Inspector Inspecting properties carefully and reporting any issues to owners. Favourite thing about the Costa del Sol Being lucky enough to live here. It might sound like a cliché, but I genuinely feel lucky to live and work on the Costa del Sol. The quality of life a place like this can give you is second to none! |
Kathryn Saul HomeCare Inspector Inspecting properties carefully and reporting any issues to owners. Favourite thing about the Costa del Sol The Sunshine. Feeling the sun in my bones, and being able to tend my vegetable garden all winter knowing frost and snow are impossible. Here you can forget about the endless waiting for the ‘summer that never comes!’ I survived years of northern English winters, and being able to live here is my reward. |
Paul Lewis Maintenance Technician No job too small or too big provided by our Maintenance Team! Favourite thing about the Costa del Sol Playing golf in the sunshine. And being able to plan a BBQ weeks in advance. |
Richard Yates IT Support and Systems Manager Providing IT support and new development for the company websites and office systems. Favourite thing about the Costa del Sol The diversity. The unlikely mix of people and cultures is always surprising! |
