Tony Sidebottom Founder Ensuring the company gives its clients the best possible service and its employees a great environment to work in. Favourite thing about the Costa del Sol Golf and dining al fresco. Though there are many fantastic courses on the Costa del Sol (47 now), my favourite by far is Torrequebrada Golf Course. The course is a real challenge, yet full of exciting surprises. Remember to take plenty of spare balls! As for dining alfresco, it’s great to be able to eat outdoors virtually all year round. |

John Hollway Business Development Director Overseeing the sales function of the company including property management, rentals and property sales to help new owners to get the best from our services Favourite thing about the Costa del Sol The sheer diversity. You can ski, sunbathe and stroll through forests all in a single day and there is a very international feel to the area and yet it’s imbued with typical Andalucian character. |

Christine Trainor Accountant Overseeing the financial needs and requirements of the company including invoicing, statements and budgets. Favourite thing about the Costa del Sol The beach on Sunday. No question. It has to be going to the beach on a Sunday which, thanks to the weather, you can do for the greater part of the year. |

Denise Wright Client Services Supervisor Acting as the focal point for all client enquiries - the person clients call if they have any issues that need solving. Favourite thing about the Costa del Sol Amazing climate. Without doubt my favourite thing is watching the sun set behind the mountains on a warm evening. It’s also wonderful to be able to plan a barbecue weeks ahead without having to work out a contingency plan in case it rains! Sometimes it’s easy to take the amazing climate for granted, but the long summers and short winters still have the power to make me smile - especially waking up to sunshine almost every morning! |

Jackie Hannam Operations Supervisor Looking after all our clients’ everyday property needs, including general maintenance. Favourite thing about the Costa del Sol The scenery The Andalucian scenery and walking in the amazing countryside. Plus, it’s great to wake up in the morning and see the “La Concha” mountain from my bedroom window. |

Gemma Stapleton Client Services Executive Helping to ensure that our clients’ expectations regarding care of their property are not only met, but exceeded. Favourite thing about the Costa del Sol Life on the Coast is never dull. From the fantastic beaches to the impressive mountain ranges, there's always something new and amazing to see or do on and around the Coast, and so much history and culture to absorb, that life here is certainly never dull. |

Diana Cristancho Duran Housekeeper My job is to ensure all the properties we manage are kept clean and tidy so that when owners or their rental guests visit, they can completely relax and enjoy themselves throughout their stay. Favourite thing about the Costa del Sol The Andalucian people. The Andalucian people. They’re so happy and full of life they remind me of the people in my native Columbia. They’ve also got very similar food, so I feel completely at home. |

Lynn Rattone Long-term Rentals Executive Taking care of clients wishing to rent on a long term basis, viewing properties with them and liaising with other agents. Favourite thing about the Costa del Sol Choice of things to do and see. The Coast gives you the opportunity to enjoy outdoor activities to the full. I love nothing more than hiking with my dogs in the mountains of La Mairena above Elviria, watching the eagles and local wildlife, or scuba diving around the beautiful bay of Marina del Este, or being immersed in the bustle and atmosphere of Marbella Old Town with its exquisite cuisine and trendy bars. |
George Thomson Home Sales Executive Providing our clients with a full sales and support service, including listings and setting up properties. Favourite thing about the Costa del Sol Dining out on Spanish food. Although there are many excellent international restaurants, I just love to eat at Spanish bars and little restaurants. The food is always good and fresh, and the happy family atmosphere always makes me smile, especially when I can eat outdoors. |
Kathryn Stride Holiday Rentals Executive Promoting our portfolio of holiday rental properties to holidaymakers and our travel industry partners, plus welcoming holiday guests upon arrival to ensure they’re familiar with their rented property and the local area. Favourite thing about the Costa del Sol Relaxed lifestyle. I love the whole lifestyle and relaxed atmosphere. The people are very friendly and welcoming, there is always something interesting to see and do, from walks round local villages and enjoying the views, to eating delicious food in the many varied restaurants on offer – plus, of course, it’s always fun to do a little salsa dancing on the beach! |
Tim Telcs Maintenance Supervisor Managing maintenance projects to ensure they are completed efficiently and effectively. Favourite thing about the Costa del Sol The People. Where else can you rub shoulders with such a diverse mix of nationalities and cultures. For me, it doesn't get much better than being in a bar watching a football match, enjoying a drink, eating tapas, surrounded by a mix of locals and internationals whilst indulging in some friendly banter! |

Matthew Lund HomeCare Inspector Inspecting properties carefully and reporting any issues to owners. Favourite thing about the Costa del Sol Discovering all it has to offer. Having moved to the Coast relatively recently, I still feel like I’m getting to know the area. As such, most of my weekends are one big adventure, spent out and about exploring. I’m always amazed to discover yet another beautiful beach or cove I didn’t know about, or stumble across an impossibly picturesque mountainside village. I can honestly say the Costa del Sol truly has something for everyone and I love living here. |

Ralph Koens HomeCare Inspector Inspecting properties carefully and reporting any issues to owners. Favourite thing about the Costa del Sol Being lucky enough to live here. It might sound like a cliché, but I genuinely feel lucky to live and work on the Costa del Sol. The quality of life a place like this can give you is second to none! |
