The Pre completion inspection service includes
- Monthly property/development check with photographs showing exterior, e.g. Apartment block or villa exterior, gardens, pool, surrounding areas, and, where applicable, interior shots.
- Monthly report obtained from developer regarding building schedules.
- Client access to reports from developer and property photographs via own secure, password-protected area on the web.
- Production of final snagging list in Spanish for the developer and/or lawyer, and in English or Spanish for the client.
In addition you will also receive:
- Setting up an Account for you on the Owners’ area of our web site (which you can access with your own personal ‘HomeCare’ password) which details all your property information, including internal (where applicable) and external photographs, quotations and account information, and details on renting your property (if applicable).
- Administration of Account, i.e. Invoices, statements.
- Credit card payment facility.
- Through your HomeCare Membership, we can provide for you, when required:
- Quotations and work from our trusted, qualified, local suppliers for installation of air conditioning, alarms, satellite TV, furniture and furnishing packages, interior design work, kitchen fitting, etc.
- Access to trusted legal and financial advisors for advice on conveyancing, mortgages, money transfers, tax issues, setting up bank accounts, obtaining NIE number, etc.
- Access to the HomeCare ‘trouble-shooting’ service for liaising with the developer, utility companies, etc, in the event of any problems or issues arising with the property (chargeable by the hour).
- ‘Helpline’ facility during office hours.
- When available, key collection from developer or agent and secure management of keys for tradesmen’s access for cleaning, installation work, etc.
