Key holder information for properties in Marbella and on the Costa del Sol, Andalucia, Spain
Apart from the owner, HomeCreontheWeb
are deemed to be the sole key holder for your
property and as such, in order to help ensure
security regarding your keys, we have produced
guidelines on the delivery and handling of
them.
Should you, the owner, request that the keys
are to be handed to a third party then please
email us with your instructions, detailing
the purpose, to whom and the duration.
There are two ways we can receive your keys:
Option one
- The computer will automatically print
for you the address to send the keys.
- Sellotape the keys on to cardboard noting
your membership number and name; do not
write your address.
- We recommend you post them by secure/registered
post.
- We will inform you when we have received
your keys.
Option two
- If you have a local person holding the
keys for you we will pick them up on your
behalf.
- The computer will print for you a note
for your signature to authorise us to collect
the keys.
- Fax the note to us on 0034 952 83 05 40
- We will inform you when we have collected
your keys.
Please ensure that (if applicable) you provide
us with the security system details along
with the contact details of the security company.
We will remind you of the above actions
when you finalise your membership.
