The Helle Hollis booking system will automatically recognise that you are a HomeCareontheWeb client and when you collect your hire car, your discount will be deducted from the cost of your insurance and fuel.

Insurance and fuel
Helle Hollis offer you the option of either charging a deposit to cover your insurance excess direct to your credit card when you collect your vehicle, which will then be refunded to you upon safe return of the car, or you can choose to purchase a non-refundable excess waiver starting from as little as 5.00€ per day.
All credit cards are accepted, except American Express and Diners Club.
If you prefer the peace of mind of being completely covered for every eventuality, including damage to tyres, you can opt for their Super Excess Waiver for just 1.50€ per day.
Cars are also delivered with a full tank of fuel, payable when you pick up your car.
Typically the cost of a full tank of fuel varies between 55€ and 125€, depending on the type of car. However, they will reimburse you for every unused quarter of a tank when you return the car.
Your free upgrade
As a HomeCareontheWeb client, you’re entitled to a free upgrade if you book and pay for your rental car 30 days in advance.
With a fleet of over 1,500 rental vehicles no more than 6-8 months old, Helle Hollis have a wide variety of makes and models for you to choose from, everything from including mini-hatchbacks, MPVs, 4x4s and luxury convertibles.
The free upgrade offer entitles you to -
Upgrade to Group C from Group B, e.g. from a Hyundai Atos to an Opel Corsa.
Upgrade to Group D from group C, e.g. from a Fiat Panda to a Peugeot 207
Upgrade to Group J from Group F, e.g. from a Peugeot 407 to a Renault Grand Scenic.
*Please bear in mind that should you wish to hire a 'special' car such as a minibus, automatic, convertible or 4x4, it's advisable to book as far in advance as possible as there's a limited number of these vehicles available, and they tend to get booked quite quickly.
Convenient collection and return
Not only do Helle Hollis provide the most professional car rentals service and some of the most competitive rates available in the Málaga region, they also make it very convenient to collect and drop off your car.
If you prefer to collect your car from the airport terminal, their Airport Express Service is available to deliver your car to you as you leave the arrivals hall at a cost of 15 Euros per rental.
Alternatively, they operate a free courtesy bus service to and from their head office just outside the airport, which is open 24 hours a day for the collection and return of vehicles. A bus guide will be on hand at the airport to assist you to the bus when you arrive.
